2 Provision of the Website (Log Files)

2.1 Description and Scope of Data Processing

When you access our website, i.e., even if you do not register or otherwise transmit information, general information is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address, referrer URL, date and time of access, and similar data. It is processed in particular for the following purposes: (1) ensuring a smooth connection to the website, (2) ensuring smooth use of our website, (3) ensuring and evaluating system security and stability, and (4) for the technically flawless display and optimization of our website. The data is stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user. We do not use your data to draw conclusions about your person. We reserve the right to review the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of unlawful use.

We use service providers for the operation and maintenance of our website who act as our processors. Our website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland). All service providers are contractually obliged to treat your data confidentially.

3 Contacting Us

3.1 Description and Scope of Data Processing

Our website provides a contact form that can be used for electronic contact. If you use this option, the personal data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. The processing of your personal data serves solely to process your request. At the time the message is sent, the following data is also transmitted and stored: (1) date and time of the request, (2) URL from which the request was made, (3) IP address.

Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the provided email address. In this case, the personal data of the user transmitted with the email will be stored.

Our website is maintained by service providers who act as our processors. All service providers are contractually obliged to treat your data confidentially.

4 Google reCAPTCHA

To protect against misuse of our contact form and against spam, we use the Google reCAPTCHA service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). reCAPTCHA checks whether the input is made by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and evaluated there. The IP address and, if applicable, other data required for the service are transferred to Google. 5 Use of Cookies

5.1 Description and Scope of Data Processing
